The Creative Arts & Technology Center, our newest addition, is approximately 12,348 sq. ft. It is accented with modern touches and features well-equipped rooms to accommodate a variety of classes, workshops, and more!  In addition, the new building includes numerous display cases to allow residents to showcase their work.

Art Glass Studio

Do you like working with glass as an art medium? The Art Glass Club members design and build pieces from fusible COE96 glass, from slumping to jewelry making. In addition, you can create mosaics and work with stained glass creating beautiful works of art.

Pottery & Sculpture Studio (POTS)

Come explore the creative world of clay with opportunities in hand building, wheel throwing or sculpting in our well-equipped studio.
Annual membership includes orientation training in the fundamentals of hand-building and/or wheel throwing and glazing techniques.

Ceramics Club

Come by the Ceramics Studio and see the lovely bowls, vases, geckos, holiday items and many other pieces. Visit with new friends, while you paint with the variety of colors and glazes available. Monitors are there to help you every step of the way.

Fine Arts Studio

Equipped for multiple types of creative artistic endeavors with ongoing classes, workshops, demos, lectures and more, scheduled throughout the year.

The Fine Arts Painting Club provides creative opportunities for residents to experience two-dimensional art in all media, to enhance skills at all levels, and to promote public awareness. The club provides classes, workshops, demos, lectures, open studios, art shows, exhibits, field trips, and Plein Air.

The Gourd Art Workshop uses gourd to create beautiful works of art. You can make it happen by joining this artistic group of residents. 

Scrappers & Stampers 
is a group of creative paper crafters that meet during studio hours to make unique scrapbooks, cards, and other paper crafts

Jewelry & Lapidary Studio

Perfect for jewelry making, this studio includes a rock saw, grinders, polishers, soldering equipment and a kiln.

The Lapidary & Jewelry Club offers training in cutting and polishing stones, silversmithing, chain making, bead weaving, precious metal clay (PMC), and other jewelry making techniques. The shop is equipped with a rock saw, grinders, polishers, soldering equipment, polymer clay oven and a PMC kiln. Studio open selected times with trained monitor on duty. Meetings are the 1st Wednesday of each month.

Quilting / Needleworking Studio

Supports all of the needlework crafts: needlework, embroidery, quilting, crochet, and knitting – anything with a needle.

Paper Crafters

A club of creative paper crafters that make unique scrapbooks, intricate cards, and other paper crafts. Members share their talents and ideas, and card making classes are offered twice a month.

Technology Room / Computer Lab

State-of-the-art computer lab will host clinics and classes and is equipped with computers, scanner, printers, and a projector.

The Computer club offers dozens of classes and help clinics in the lab each year. The lab is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and includes both Apple and Windows computers.  Other lab equipment includes a scanner for slides and photographs, a high definition projector, a color laser printer and other printers. Wood Working Shop

Well-equipped for making wood items like tables, toys, wood inlay projects, and also wood burning and whittling projects. The goal of the Woodcrafters Club is to help provide a well-equipped, managed workshop where all members can have access to the necessary tools to create "hands on" creative wood projects in a safe and supportive environment that is both fun and productive.
